    Navigator: Your AI Action Brief

Navigator is the brief at the top of your dashboard. It looks across all of your deals every day and tells you the 3 to 5 things worth doing next, in order, with a short reason for each one.

    What the Navigator brief is

Navigator replaces the old rule-based "Close It" widget. Instead of a handful of separate lists that each watch one signal, you get a single ranked agenda built by an AI that reads the whole situation.

It pulls together what the platform already knows about each deal:

    • Where the deal sits in your pipeline and how long it's been there
    • When you last touched it, and any inbound email tied to it
    • Open and overdue tasks, plus risks surfaced from a CIM you've analyzed
    • New listings that match your Buy Box since your last brief

The brief opens with a one-sentence headline summing up your day, then lists the ranked actions below it.

How actions are ranked, and why

Every action carries a short reason grounded in your actual deal data, so you can see why it earned its spot.

    • One list, deduplicated. A deal shows up once with the single most useful next step, not in three competing widgets.
    • Situation over signals. A deal that's been quiet for a week reads differently if the broker just promised the CIM Friday. Navigator weighs that context instead of firing on a single threshold.
    • Each card explains itself. The reasoning line points at concrete facts, like a stalled stage, an unanswered email, or a strong new match.
    • Urgency at a glance. Each action is tagged today or this week so you know what can't wait.

    Acting in one click

Each card has a primary button that takes you straight to the next step, so you're never left with just a label that says "follow up."

    • Drafted emails. A follow-up card can open a compose window already filled with a draft addressed to the broker. You review and edit it, then send from your own mail client. Navigator never sends on your behalf.
    • Deep links. Other cards jump you to exactly the right place, like a CIM analysis, a listing in your feed, or the start of an LOI.

Every button is a navigation or a draft you review. Navigator won't change a deal's stage, archive anything, or send mail automatically.

    Done vs. Dismiss

Both clear a card off your list, but they tell Navigator different things about what to show you next.

    • Done marks the action complete and animates the card away. Use it when you've actually handled the step.
    • Dismiss asks for a quick reason, and that reason decides how long the action stays away:
    • Already handled hides that action for about a week and lets Navigator pivot to a different next step for the deal.
    • Not relevant keeps it away longer, around two weeks, since you've told it the suggestion missed.
    • Waiting on them snoozes nudges on that deal for a few days. If a new email from the broker lands first, the deal comes back sooner, because fresh news beats the snooze.
    • Snooze 7 days simply parks the action for a week.

This is why a card can vanish and then reappear later. Once you clear every card, Navigator shows a "You're clear for today" note and lets the list rebuild on its own.

    Refreshing and cadence

A fresh brief is built for you each day, and it updates as your deals change.

    • Navigator regenerates daily, and again behind the scenes when something meaningful changes, like a stage move, a finished CIM analysis, or a new inbound email on a deal.
    • A newer brief shows up on your next visit to the dashboard rather than swapping out from under you mid-session, so the list stays steady while you work it.
    • Want it now? Use the refresh icon in the brief's footer to rebuild it on the spot. It's available a few times an hour.
    • If a brief can't be built, your dashboard quietly falls back to the standard priority list. You won't see an error in this spot.

    The weekly Monday email

Once a week you get your brief in your inbox as a start-of-week agenda, so you can plan before you even open the app.

    • It arrives Monday mornings and mirrors your current brief. The headline becomes the subject line, and each action links straight back into the app.
    • If you've already cleared everything in the app, or there's nothing to flag, the email simply skips that week.
    • To turn it off, use the unsubscribe link in the email footer, or toggle brief emails in your notification settings. Turning off the email doesn't touch the dashboard brief.
