The Free plan shows the same full deal feed, but on a 3-week delay — by the time a deal reaches you, paid members have already had three weeks to act on it. Yes. You can move between Free, The Searcher, and The Deal Team whenever your search changes. Upgrade for fresh real-time listings, more buy boxes, more custom broker scrapes, or the full deal pipeline CRM, and downgrade just as easily. Your limits adjust on the spot.

A custom broker scrape is when you point Searcher OS at a broker webpage we don't already cover and we pull its listings into your feed for you. The Searcher includes 10 and The Deal Team includes 25. The full nationwide deal feed is included on every plan and doesn't count against this.
