Adding Your Own Broker URLs
Found a broker website that isn't in your feed yet? Add its URL and we'll scrape its listings into your deal feed for you.
Where to add a URL
Go to Settings → Custom URLs. That's where you add, view, and manage every site you've asked us to scrape.
Paste a link, click Add, repeat for any other sites, then click Save to submit them. Your saved URLs stay on the page so you can come back and adjust them anytime.
What the form accepts
Add the broker's website or a specific deal listing page. Each entry has to be a full web address.
- The URL must start with
http://orhttps://(for example,https://example.com/listings). - Point us at a broker's listings page when you can. The page that shows their businesses for sale gives us the most to work with.
- You can't add the same URL twice, and the page tells you how many you've added so far.
How many you can add
Custom URL scraping is included in paid plans. How many sites you can submit depends on your plan.
- The Searcher: 10 sites
- The Deal Team: 25 sites
If you're on a free or unpaid status, your URLs are saved but won't be submitted for scraping until you start a paid plan. Subscribe and the sites you've already entered are ready to go.
What happens after you submit
Once you save, we pick up the listings from the sites you added and bring them into your deal feed.
- We collect the businesses for sale on each site, including details like price and cash flow when the site publishes them.
- New listings show up in your feed alongside everything else, so your buy box still decides which of them you see.
- Allow up to 7 days for processing. You'll get an email confirmation once your submission is in. New sites can take some setup, so they won't all appear instantly.
Managing and removing URLs
Your list is editable. Add new sites or drop ones you no longer want from the same Settings page.
- Each saved URL has an X next to it. Click it to remove that site from your list.
- Click Save after any change so your updated list takes effect.
When a URL doesn't produce listings
If a site you added isn't bringing in deals after a few days, here's what to check.
- Give it the full window. Processing can take up to 7 days, so check back if it hasn't been that long.
- Confirm the link. Point us at the page that lists businesses for sale, not a homepage or a contact form. A site with no live listings won't add anything to your feed.
- Check your buy box. Listings can be collected but still sit outside your feed filters. See Buy Box and Deal Feed to widen what shows up.
- Still stuck? Contact support with the URL and we'll take a look.
