How it works
- Tell us what you're buying. Industry, states and size. If you've saved a buy box, we start there.
- We build the list. Companies that fit, the owner's name, and a checked email address. Nothing goes to an address we couldn't verify.
- You choose how emails are approved. We research every company first. When we find something specific, the email opens with it. Approve each one yourself, up to a week of first emails at once, or let them send automatically once your account passes our quality check. A reply written for one owner always waits for you. On Done-for-You, we approve them for you using messaging you signed off on.
- Emails go out from your mailbox. From a subdomain you own, at a steady pace, with follow-ups built in. When an owner replies, the sequence stops and the reply lands in your inbox.
The two plans
Outreach SDR, $400/month. You run it. You answer a few setup questions in the app (your criteria, who the emails come from, and your mailbox and domain), then pay. We build the list, find owners and verified emails, set up and warm your mailbox on your own domain, and draft your sequence. You approve each email, or let them send automatically once your account passes our quality check, and you answer the replies. We sort replies and suggest an answer; you decide what to send. No onboarding call.
Done-for-You, $2,500/month. We run it. After a short form, you book your onboarding call. No card needed to book. Everything in Outreach SDR, except we approve the emails for you, plus a working session on your thesis and messaging, sending domains and mailboxes set up in your name, and extra sending mailboxes, so more owners are reached each month. Printed letters to owners, LinkedIn outreach and a weekly report are scoped in writing for your account, agreed before work starts.
Neither plan includes phone calls to owners. Off-Market Outreach works with any Searcher OS plan, including Free.
Billing
- On Outreach SDR you pay the first month by card when you sign up. On Done-for-You you book your call first, with no card.
- Your month doesn't start until your first email goes out. Your next charge moves to 30 days after that first send.
- If your account never reaches a first send, you get a full refund.
- No setup fee, no success fee and no minimum term. Cancel anytime. To cancel, email support@searcheros.ai. Canceling does not touch your Searcher OS plan.
Timing and volume
Plan on 3 to 5 weeks from signup to your first email. Most of that is warming up a new mailbox so it lands in the inbox. You choose how many emails are in your sequence. We recommend at most 50 emails a day per mailbox; a shorter sequence reaches more owners each month.
Your domain and mailbox
Emails are sent from your own mailbox on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, on a subdomain you control. The domain and mailbox are in your name, and they stay with you if you cancel. We check SPF, DKIM and DMARC before the first email, write only to verified addresses and keep a daily cap. Your email provider can still suspend a mailbox, and we'll tell you if that happens.
What we never do
- Send automatically before your account passes our quality check.
- Send a reply written for one owner without a person approving it.
- Email an unverified address, or an owner no source names.
- Keep writing after a reply. A reply stops the sequence, and a no opts the owner out for good.
- Use tracking pixels or open tracking.

Cold email to business owners gets few replies, and we cannot promise any. We control the list, the research and the pace. You can see what went out and who answered, so you can change the emails.
