Export Your Activity Report
The Reporting page lets you export a PDF of your activity report. It captures the metrics from your selected time period so you can save a snapshot or share it.
- Go to the Reporting page
- Select your time period (Week, Month, or Year)
- Click Export PDF
- The PDF generates and downloads to your device
The report is generated on demand and is scoped to your account only. A PDF opens in any PDF viewer and can be printed, emailed, or saved alongside your records.
Importing Pipeline Deals
Searcher OS supports importing deals into your pipeline from a spreadsheet. This is useful if you're moving deals over from another tool or a tracking sheet you already keep.
- Go to the Pipeline page and open Import Deals
- Download the import template to see the expected columns
- Fill in your deals, then upload the file (CSV or XLSX)
- Review the preview and confirm the import
Pipeline import accepts CSV and Excel (.xlsx, .xls) files. There isn't a pipeline export yet, so this is a one-way import for now.
What About Exporting Deals or Contacts?
Exporting your deal pipeline or contacts to a file isn't available yet. The PDF activity report is the only export the product offers today. If exporting this data would help your workflow, let us know and we'll factor it into what we build next.
Privacy
- The activity report includes only your data, never other users'
- It's generated on demand when you click Export PDF
- The downloaded file is yours to keep
