Replies land in your pipeline

Interested owners show up as deals in your Interested stage with the full thread attached. You take the conversation from there. Not-now replies go on a shelf and get a respectful follow-up later.

How much work is this for me?

About 30 minutes a month. You approve the target list, approve the outreach copy once, and take the conversations when interested owners reply. Everything else runs without you.

Do you send from my email?

Yes. Outreach goes out from your own connected mailbox so owners hear from a real buyer, not a platform. We require a custom domain (not a plain Gmail address), we verify your sending records at setup, and we cap sends at a conservative daily volume with a gradual ramp to protect your reputation.

Is there a success fee?

No. Flat monthly price, period. If you close a deal we sourced, you keep every dollar. Success fees do not work with SBA deal math, and we are not interested in them.
